Krüss MAT1000 gas analyser series – Reliable MAP inspection for O₂ / CO₂ testing

Krüss MAT1000 series gas analysers provide a fast, accurate and easy-to-use solution for inspecting modified-atmosphere packaging (MAP). The instruments measure O₂, CO₂ and calculated N₂ concentrations and are specifically designed for quality assurance of food, pharmaceutical, cosmetic and electronic product packaging.

The series comprises four models with different sensor technologies and accuracy levels, providing an ideal solution for every application.

MAT1100 – Entry-level model for O₂ measurement

Applications:

• Simple, occasional O₂ checks
• Spot checks in smaller laboratories and on packaging lines
• Applications requiring only the O₂ value (e.g. nitrogen-flushed packaging)

• 0.5–35% measurement range

MAT1200 – O₂ + CO₂ measurement

Applications:

• Combined O₂ and CO₂ testing in MAP packaging
• General QC laboratories and the food industry

MAT1400 – High-accuracy O₂ measurement
