ASECOS ION-LINE – Safety cabinets for storing and charging lithium-ion batteries
The ASECOS ION-LINE product range has been specifically developed for the safe storage and charging of lithium-ion batteries. The cabinets provide 90-minute fire protection from both the outside and the inside, protecting not only the surrounding area in the event of a battery fire but also batteries stored in the cabinet if exposed to an external fire. Intelligent smoke and heat detectors, a multi-stage alarm system, automatic alarm transmission and—depending on the model—an active fire-suppression system provide maximum safety for laboratories, industrial plants, service centres and battery-charging rooms. The PRO and ULTRA models are also certified in accordance with the VDMA 24994 guideline, meeting the highest safety requirements.
