Hamilton anion-exchange HPLC columns are packed entirely with polymer-based (PS-DVB) media, enabling use across the full pH range, even under strongly acidic or alkaline conditions, without damaging the column.

General-purpose anion-exchange columns

PRP-X100 / PRP-X110 / PRP-X110S

• For the analysis of organic and inorganic anions, organic acids, halides and arsenic species.
• They are suitable for measuring both low-concentration (ppb) and higher-concentration samples using conductivity or UV detection.

For biomolecules optimised anion-exchange columns

PRP-X500 (SAX)

• Superficially porous packing designed for separating proteins, peptides, DNA and RNA, with excellent sample recovery and sharp peak shapes.

PRP-X600 (WAX)

• For rapid, high-efficiency separation of nucleic acids (single- and double-stranded DNA/RNA), peptides and proteins.
